During this stage, members reconcile competing loyalties and responsibilities. They accept the team, team ground rules (norms), their roles in the team, and individuality of fellow members.
Drive-Ride and Walk is a volunteer project addressing the day-to-day routine of getting safely from here to there.
The Drive-Ride and Walk student portfolio exchange closed in May 2013. It was a team collaboration project for Iowa college students to share career portfolios and knowledge from classes, jobs, and other activities with the purpose of creating transportation safety programming for their peers.
Revisit traffic safety information focusing on distracted and impaired driving, safety belts, and speed. Develop traffic safety themes and messages for social media and campus activities.
